Current pieces are sold as one pair with non-piercing, soft-capped clips. The product page shows the color and product code for the pair you are choosing.
Open “Size & details” for the measurements available for that design. Listed overall length includes the clip. Photographs are not shown at actual size, and measurements are not yet listed for every design. Ask us about the specific product code if size is important to you.
Place gently, and pay attention to how it feels.
Position the soft-capped ends slowly and evenly. Comfort varies by person. If it does not feel right, take the piece off.
Remove immediately if you notice numbness, discoloration, irritation or persistent discomfort. Choosing the shape you like does not determine how wearing it will feel for you.
Wipe the clip ends, then dry them.
Use a soft, lightly damp cloth to wipe the clip ends before and after wear. Dry completely before putting the piece away, and store it in a cool, dry place.
If something appears damaged or incorrect when your order arrives, keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours after delivery, with clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label and piece. The returns policy explains the review and next steps.
A plain outer parcel, with tracking.
Orders ship from China with complimentary tracked delivery, currently estimated at 15–25 days. We use plain outer packaging without the product name printed on the exterior. Tracking is provided when the parcel is dispatched.
