Shipping Policy
Every current order ships from China with complimentary tracked delivery.
Last updated · August 30, 2026Where we deliver
Online PayPal checkout is currently available only for delivery to a United States address. Buyers elsewhere may send a private purchase inquiry; an inquiry does not collect payment or reserve inventory. International delivery options are confirmed individually before any separate payment arrangement.
Timing
The current estimated delivery time is 15–25 days. Actual transit time may vary based on destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions. Tracking information is provided when the parcel is dispatched.
Cost and packaging
Standard tracked delivery is complimentary. Orders are sent in plain outer packaging without the product name printed on the exterior.
Delivery questions
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your parcel appears delayed, email zhonghaochen66@outlook.com with your PayPal order reference.
